Bank Bill-Pay
Many donors find it convenient to make their donations the same way they electronically pay their monthly bills. Simply add St. Perpetua Catholic Church to your list of payees. Add your donor number if you have it and any special instructions in the memo field. You can call or email the parish office to reguest your donor number.
Weekly Collection Plate and Donation Envelopes
Donations of cash or check can be placed in the collection plate or dropped off at the Parish office - if mailing - checks only please. Make checks payable to St. Perpetua Catholic Church. Need donation envelopes? Click on “I’m New” on the Parish homepage to register.
Matching Gifts
An employer's matching gift program may allow a donor to double the size of his/her gift. Qualifying may be as easy as checking with your employer’s benefits coordinator and filing out a form.
Special Tax-Free IRA Gifts for those over 70½
If you qualify, you may take advantage of making tax-free gifts using funds from a traditional IRA and it may help you meet your required minimum distribution (if over 72). Donations must be made directly from your IRA to St. Perpetua. For a comprehensive article on this topic Click Here.
Gifts of Appreciated Securities
Gifts of securities (including mutual funds) is one of the most effective ways to give from a tax planning perspective. A donor may benefit from a charitable deduction equal to the full value of the securities. In addition to the tax deduction, capital gains tax is not due on gain in the donated securities. Donor Advised Funds
If you have a Donor Advised Fund, you can make donations from the fund directly to our Parish, look for us under tax ID: 94-2627188. If you think you might want to investigate setting one up, speak with your tax advisor and broker.
